- 50ml ELG No. 3 Gin
- 100 to 120ml sweet Tonic (fx. Fever-Tree Mediterranean, 1724 or similar)
1. Add Gin to a large glass with lots of ice
2. Gently add Tonic
3. Garnish with a lemonzest - espress it over the glass, if you want extra citrus aroma in the drink.
