- 60ml Gin
- 20ml Dry Vermouth
- 15ml Green Chartreuse
- 5ml Absinthe
1. Stir all ingredients for 30-40 seconds with plenty of ice
2. Strain in a pre chilled coupe
3. Garnish with fresh thyme
