50ml ELG No. 1 Gin
15ml sugar syrup
A small handfull of basil leaves
Lots of ice
Crush basil & Gin well in the shaker. Add lemonjuice, sugar syrup & ice and shake well.
Sieve through a fine sieve, in a chilled cocktailglass and add a nice chunk of ice and garnish with a small bouquet of basil leaves.
