Elg Gin No. 0 is the first Elg Gin, master distiller Henrik Elsner created back in 2015. The recipes have been hanging since then; therefore, it has been given the name 0.
Elg Gin No. 1 is a crystal clear all-round gin. It is based on juniper berries, coriander seeds and Danish carrots. The taste is dominated by the flavour of juniper.
Elg Gin No. 2 is an “Old Tom” gin. The term Old Tom derived from Tom Chamberlain also known as “Old Tom”, who was the master distiller and partner of Hodges Distillery in the beginning of 19th Century.
Just like Elg Gin No. 1, Elg Gin No. 4 is based on juniper berries, coriander seeds and carrots, but an extract of purple carrots has also been used.
Christmas Elg Gin is made from juniper berries, coriander and carrots. The green colour comes from the green part of the carrots, which has been soaked in alcohol.
ELG Sloe Gin is a classic sloe gin produced from Danish sloe berries from Dyrelund in Hillerød and Elg Gin No.1. Each litre of gin contains 800 grams of sloe berries.
ELG Cucumber Symphony is a Limited editon, where a total of 1,250 bottles have been produced. Sold out from the distillery.
ELG Brandy is a barrel-aged grape brandy made from the grapes grown in the distillery fields on the shores of Lake Esrum in Denmark.
Our apple brandy is an extremely welcome accompaniment to coffee after a good meal. It is distilled from our apple wine.
